Getting Started

  1. Log on to windows terminal in the online network.
  2. Open the directory G:\online\ecs\Shortcuts\VELO
  3. Double click on VEDCSHV_UI_FSM
  4. The following window appears: VEDCSHV_UI_FSM.JPG
  5. To operate a module on the C side rightclick on VELOC_DCS

  6. Take control of the project by clicking on the padlock next to VELOC_DCS on the panel.

  7. Double click on the VELOC_DCS_LV button.
  8. The following panel should appear:
    VELOC_DCS_LV_TOP.JPG
  9. If the button next to VELOC_DCS_LV_ConfDB is NOT_READY then click this button.

  10. The panel should now look like this:
    VELO_DCS_LV_OFF.JPG
  11. Switch on the 48V supply - click on button next to VELOC_DCS_LV_PS
    VELOC_DCS_LV_PS.JPG
  12. VELOC_DCS_LV_PS should now be READY.
