  • Work done (pass1)
    • Effects on jet spectra due to minimum pT, Et cut on track and cluster.
      • The evolution of the curves in triggered events is different as compared to MB. Need to verify whether this is due to trigger bias.
    • Effects on jet spectra due to rejecting leading cluster or track.
      • In trigger events, rejecting leading cluster imposes a stronger effect than rejection leading track on jet spectra
      • In MB events, it looks like we have some very high energy tracks that contribute to high energy jets.
    • Constituents pT distribution in different jet pT bin.
    • NEF
      • Jets with NEF=1 are present in all the pT bins. We want to cut off these "pure neutral" jets even though they may be produced by high-energy photon.
      • In MB jet sample, jets with NEF=0 show up below 20GeV/c, which also need to be cut off.
      • Suggested cuts: 0.02 < NEF < 0.95
    • Hadronic correction
      • In dphi vs deta, reflection symmetry between SM's in the same sector along eta direction, which may indicate slightly wrong cell dimension in z direction???
      • The trend of curves in triggered events is different to MB events.
  • To-do
    • Run pass1 with TPCOnly track
    • Run pass2 to get some basic QA plots
    • Set minimum pT, Et cut. The cut used by Alexandre SHABETAI is 150MeV.
    • Apply different upper pT, Et cuts on tracks and clusters.
