Worked on creating more plots for the MIP Tagger.

I have a concern about the width of the residual plot. Is the width affected by bin size? Unless the fit is by area then it will depend on it. Even if it is by area, I think it still could be.

Res Hist normalbins.gif
Sigma of 3.27860e-02. Normal Binning

Res Hist 10xbins.gif
Sigma of 3.34172e-03. 10x smaller Binning

Uhoh. Well, it is affected directly by the bin size. This directly affects how spread out the Chi-Squared distribution is. I changed to fit by area giving:

Normal Bin Size: 2.82919e-02 | 10X Smaller Bin size: 2.89600e-03

So area fitting is affected too.

In any case, will ask Mani about this. Pressing onward while putting this issue aside. Ah, also the reason the phi distribution seemed to be skewed is that we were plotting the intercept. Andrew had plotted the phi of the supercluster (should be our seed phi). I added that histogram in. Nevermind, it's still skewed.
