Output EVGEN ROOT files for each analysis following the prescription in the corresponding section above are currently in:

/afs/cern.ch/user/s/slloyd/public/forEdExotics/Exotics/<analysis name>/<finalstate>/EVGEN/

Output truth.NTUP files created from the above EVGEN files using the prescription given above are located in:

/afs/cern.ch/user/s/slloyd/public/forEdExotics/Exotics/<analysis name>/<finalstate>/TruthNTUP/

In the plot/ subdirectory for the WR there is a C++/ROOT prescription for reading TruthNTUP and plotting the transverse mass as an example. This is compiled using the makefile in the PlotTransverseMass base directory. This points the library path to the root libraries using root-config so check that this is working on your system by running root-config. Make sure the environment variable $ROOTSYS is set to the location of your ROOT binary (run which root and set $ROOTSYS to this if this is not the case). Once this is done, which is the case already on lxplus, run make and then run the binary in the bin/ directory. The input TTree file location is specified in the main.cpp source file in the src/ directory so make sure this is set for your input before compilation.
