• Arrived at CERN in November 2006.
  • Installed and tested in USA15 on 2.05.07.
  • Diagnosted to have flaky D<14> connection somewhere btw. FPGA 1 and FPGA2 (probably bad bump bond under FPGA2, see violet track on the picture).
  • Sent to UCL for repair in Oktober 2007. Reflowing of FPGAs hasn't been successful. , therefore the TIM has been disassembled for spare parts.
