• Arrived at CERN in November 2006.
  • Installed USA15 4th Sep 2007.
  • Diagnosted to have flaky write line somewhere btw. FPGA 1 and FPGA2 (probably bad bump bond under FPGA2, see violet track on the picture). This results in faulty writing operation of several TIM registers. Read operation is correct.
  • Had a tantal capacitor on the solder side of TIM board (just behind TTCrq area) detached during the diagnostic procedure (ROD 12 is very close!). Repaired.
  • Sent to UCL for repair in Oktober 2007. Refloating of FPGAs hasn't been successful, therefore the TIM has been disassembled for spare parts.
