Uses TTCrq plugin #199 previously mounted in Pixel TIM-3C #342
Jumper settings checked. Be aware - photo 2 (DIP switches) is not valid for TIM3F! Changes: PL203 jumper set - disable FFTV. Also jumpers LK1 and LK91 are set as on photo 5 (positions 2-3). After delivery, coherent with setup text file, they were set to 1-2. Since all other TIMs in the pit have them set to 2-3, this setting was preserved. LK1 set to 1-2 means that TIM RODB output is TTL and 2-3 that it is NIM logic (see BUSY flow diagram). LK91 set to 1-2 means that BO output on TIM front panel is NIM version of RODB output; setting 2-3 means that we monitor on BO output BUSY status of the TIM module itself (NIM).
Flashed with the firmware 0x26 (should fix trigger type issue, has a latency = old latency - 2BC) on August 2nd 2012.
31.07.2016 extracted from IBL crate in the P1, moved to SR1 crate 1, pixrcc03.
