Outline for proceedings (possible sections)

  1. Lepton jets (do we want to include them, do they want to be included????) Ask Eva...
  2. What's new in tools and techniques (Jesse Thaler? Tilman Plehn? Steve Ellis?)
    1. N-subjettiness (Jesse Thaler)
    2. dipolarity (Jankowiak)
    3. without trees (Larkoski)
    4. shower decomposition (Spannowsky)
    5. gluon tagging (Gallicchio)
    6. ISR tagging (Krohn)
  3. New results from the LHC (Mario Martinez & Rahmat Rahmat? Pekka Sinervo? Adam Davison?):
    1. jet shape results from ATLAS (Mario Martinez) and CMS (Rahmat Rahmat)
    2. CMS b bbar correlations -> arXiv:1102.3194, JHEP1103 (2011) 136 (no one at BOOST)
    3. substructure measurements on fat jets in ATLAS (Adam Davison, Lily Asquith, David Miller)
    4. jet mass measurements and mistag rates in CMS (Sal, Jim Dolen, Ricardo Vazquez)
    5. observation of boosted objects (Miguel Villaplana)
  4. What's calculable and measurable in 2011? (Matt Schwartz? Mrinal Dasgupta? Gavin?):
    1. State of calculability (what observables are calculated, calculable)
    2. "Theory wish-list" for 2011-2 analyses
    3. (Matt's write-up is a start at both of these)
  5. Common substructure software framework (Gavin, Chris). [Is this in these proceedings, or just FJ3 docs? In any case, it would be good at least for the interfaces to be in place, if not necessarily the framework for including the code in FJ. This feeds into the next point, especially 6.3, 6.4.1.]
  6. Benchmarking substructure performance (Chris, Lily?, Sal?): samples (Peter Skands for the tunes, Andrew Altheimer, Jay Wacker)
    1. what signals???
    2. detector simulation (Peter Loch)
    3. Comprehensive tool set
    4. Results:
      1. basic comparisons of taggers
      2. Compare MCs/tunes/matching/NLO???
      3. detector response
      4. pile-up

There are a number of decision points in this list, some more implicit than others Some of them:

* Do we include lepton jets? * What experimental results get included? (Survey upcoming ones?) * How do we gather together the tools in software? Is that under some new "framework" in FastJet? 3? Is that process part of these proceedings? * What comparisons should we be making between tools? E.g., what signals, what figure(s) of merit, how to optimize, etc.? This could easily become an enormous undertaking if we're not careful!
