0) Poster version 4 was chosen.

1) Confirmation email to Josep will be written by Sudan and sent by David.

2) Application on AJO is ready to get public.All fields have now been made "required", as opposed to optional.

3) From web-page: Remove "First CMS Fundamental Physics Scholar Announced" from front page. Change Opening Soon -> Application accepted ... or variation.

4) Remove phrase "the overall physics potential of the proposal and" from Overview page.

5) Change Scholar arrives at CERN Jan - Jun 2015 --> Early 2014

6) In the overview section make the change: "A 20,000 Swiss franc award will be granted to help offset... "

7) In the overview section, change stay "up to one year" --> "one year"

8) In Application Process -> Update link and change date

9) In Application Process -> add request "page 4 maximum" for the proposal. Change this also in the Job listing.

10) Change "superviser" with "supervisor"

11) In the overview section, regarding the map, correct "highlited". Change to "highlighted" or simply to "shown".

12) Will special recognition awards be given also this year? This awards can also be honorary with no money prize.

13) Add some text about special recognition award to split the tables in the past award section.

14) Add new poster to the web-page with the new deadline date

15) Do not forget public announcement of scholarship. Email to all-cms: ask secretariat.
