  • The combined ticket for Knossos and museum of Herakleion is 10 EU for 18 to 65 years old for all nationalities

the cost of a trajectory Airport-OAC (or hotels) is: - for OAC bus of 30 sits = 180 E including F.P.A - for Papaderakis bus (no matter how many sits) = 120 E without F.P.A (to be confirmed)

The choose is obvious I think (although both offers are quite expensive).

For comparison the min-van from PANCAR costs 60 E per day. In addition we have to count the gasoline plus the cost of the driver (can be estimated from lasts years budget files)

It generates on 1 page 2 copies for 1 person: 1 original with picture and another copy for us without picture.

You can create a file like "names.txt" with name, sum, (add later the information for italians, or empty space for other participants), add empty lines to make empty receipts, etc.

To run it:

python 2.py

It generates the file RECEPTS.tex. Then run latex:

CERN official mail service

If you want to send several official letters from CERN - DO NOT GO to the post office near the main building. There are 2 options to do it properly:

  • use "outgoing mail" boxes, which are placed practically in all CERN buildings
  • go directly to Bureau du courrier and give them all envelopes

Screening procedure

a. e-mails (if it is not university email) - suspicious

b. if the university exists

c. if they put 0.0 EUR conference fee / no social events

d. look papers on spires

e. contact colleagues and co-authors to ask of recommendation and opinion

f. Send e-mail to all of organizers informing about the results of the screening - why this person is rejected with email subject “Participant screening”

g. Write polite rejection letter.
