Scheduling of rooms

For the conference part five parallel sessions are planned. The assignment of tracks to sessions will only take place once the schedule is known and will try to optimize the occupancy using the information from the registration.

The following room reservations have been made by Nathalie:

Monday 3rd, Tuesday 4th and Wednesday 5th July from 8.00 until 21.00 :

room usage status
40-S2-A01 Session A not yet confirmed yet by CMS
40-S2-B01 Session B not yet confirmed yet by CMS
40-SS-D01 Session C confirmed by Atlas
Main auditorium Session D confirmed (except Wednesday from 8.00 til 13.00)
Salle du conseil Session E confirmed (except Wednesday from 13.00 til 21.00)
Room A & B secretariat and computer room confirmed
Pas perdus coffee breaks confirmed

For the "sprints" part we will need about 4 more rooms for about 10 people from Thu-Sun all day, the rooms on the ground floor of B40 would be ideal for this, other small rooms will also be ok.

"Sprints" are concentrated work sessions where a small number of developers (usually around 4-5 people) do a lot of work on their specific project in a short time.
