1. Setup ROOT

Setup ROOT 5.34.34.

If you are using CERN computers:

   source /afs/cern.ch/sw/lcg/external/gcc/4.9.3/x86_64-slc6-gcc49-opt/setup.sh 
   source /afs/cern.ch/sw/lcg/app/releases/ROOT/5.34.34/x86_64-slc6-gcc49-opt/root/bin/thisroot.sh

2. Pre-fitting

It will get the post-fit parameters and event yields for signal model and background model.

cd bkgFit/
./fitall.sh
cd ../

3. Making Workspace

compile

cd HiggsWsMaker
make

run

./run/produceWsFile.py
cd ../

It will produce a set of workspaces file at directory v01_13TeV/sys/.

4. Calculate limits

Copy workspace file,

cd getLimits
cp -r ../HiggsWsMaker/v01_13TeV .

Calculate limits

root -b -q -l 'script/runCLs.cxx+("v01_13TeV")'

It will take some time.

Run the plotting macro,

root -l 'script/drawPlot_limit.C("v01_13TeV", 1)' 

You should see one plot with upper limits on signal strength of SM Higgs.
