Using the HV Package

Enter to lxplus, and make cmsenv to get access "root"

cd CMSSW_5_2_5/src/
cmsenv
cd
cd HV/hv_18marzo2/
mkdir data

In this directory I put the file BringingRollYEffFiles.sh from the package. Then I run this file.

Then I put the file "luigi.txt" and "Translator.C" from the package in the directory "hv_18marzo2" After, I run the file Translator.C using root:

The last comand creates a lot of directories (2172 in total) inside a new directory called "results", that is in "hv_18marzo2".

I put the name of the last directories when of the total list.

After that the step, we begin the "fit". The first step is copy the file "FitBarrel100.C" in "hv_18marzo" and the file "Barrel.txt" in "/hv_18marzo/data/" After that we run "FitBarrel100.C" in root:
