Trigger DQMD and OHP configuration for 2018
OHP
DMDQ
Step by Step
1. Check out dqm_algorithms from git, apply your changes and compile with CMake.
2. Copy your local InstallArea you built in step 1 to somewhere in your public afs, such that the TDAQ software can access it.
3. Set up a DQMF test partition in testbed following the above "How to test the trigger online DQMF configuration" twiki.
4. Copy the file /tbed/oks/tdaq-07-01-00/daq/sw/dqm-algo-repository.data.xml to daq/sw in your test workdir created in step 3 and edit the file, replacing both "InstallationPath" paths to your version (from step 2).
5. Run the test and validate your changes.
6. Commit your changes to a new branch in git and make a merge request to 21.0 , tagging me, Peter Onyisi and the current trigger release shifter. Although your change should go into 21.1 and be deployed in the AthenaP1 release to be used online, Peter requested that all DQM changes go through 21.0 and are then picked into 21.1.
7. Once your change is deployed at P1, we can adjust the DQMD xml configuration in OKS if needed.
