Work in Progress

• Testing SmartFrog component to deploy virtual machines on domU of Certification testbed. At the moment, I am experimenting with two test bed machines.

  • Deployment of VM's on multiple physical machines using the remote image downloading [ Achieved ]

Deploy 2 VM's on the same machine img loading is local

Deploy 3 VM's on the same machine img loading is local

Deploy 6 VM's on two machines img loading is local

Note: In all cases the OS image was copied from the local disk.

Next Tasks

• The next task is to trigger YAIM installation script in the domU VM's on both machines to install gLite software.

Ultimate Aim

• The final aim is to deploy the whole test best grid starting from VM's deployments to gLite components.
