MyRule

  • All tools has header file(.h) and source file(.cxx).
  • The source of executable files are named ~.cpp.
  • You can use tools quickly. (Only you should do ./~.out)
  • You can download tools from "https://svnweb.cern.ch/trac/atlasusr/browser/hayakawa/tool/CPP".
  • zip file was created using "$ zip SLtools.zip SLtools/*"

GeneralComponents

SLandFEtools

  • class TgcSL::SLtoFEtools will help you to convert the SL data to FE trackletID. And it returns SSC# using ROI#.
  • class TgcSL::FEtoSLtools will help you to convert the FE wire and strip pair to SL hit.
    This tool does not contain CoincidenceWindow check.

LUTandCWtools

  • class TgcSL::LUT (described in TgcSLlutTools) will help you to handle the LookUpTable.(You must prepare .ucf file)
  • class TgcSL::CW (described in TgcSLcwTools) will help you to handle the CoincidenceWindow.(You must prepare .db file)
  • They has same methods and member variables. You can show the how to use "CheckTools/testLUTtools.cpp" and "CheckTools/testCWtools.cpp".

UCFandDBtools

  • class TgcSL::UCF (described in TgcSLucfTools) will help you to handle the LookUpTables(described in ucf file).
  • class TgcSL::DB (described in TgcSLdbTools) will help you to handle the CoincidenceWindows(described in db files).
  • They include LUT class file or CW class file. They will help you to handle many ucf or db files.
  • These two classes have same methods and member variables. You can show the how to use "CheckTools/testUCFtools.cpp" and "CheckTools/testDBtools.cpp". or "LutCwTools/LutCwTools.cpp" .

UCFandDBtools_forROOT

StandaloneTools

  • class TgcSL::HptToTracklet will help you to convert "Slink2Root" to "Tracklet" data.

LutCwTools

You can know pt threshold value to use LutCwTools/LutCwTools.out
-u , -h option will show you the usage. And -v option will show you the execute file version and url which has UCF and DB file.

-a*: Set Aside.(default setting)
-c*: Set Cside.
-e*: Set Endcap.(default setting)
-f*: Set Forward.
-P+: Set PHI number.
-R+: ROI number.
-r+: dR value.
-p+: dPhi value.
-L+: Ucf File mode(argument should be directory path which has ucf files)
-C+: DB File mode(argument should be directory path which has db files)
-d*: set Debug mode.
-v*: Show version.
-u*: Show usage.
-h*: Show usage.
