---+++ quasar.py create_project _Link to project_
Create a new quasar project

---+++ quasar.py symlink_runtime_deps 
Symlink the config diles in ./build/bin to /bin

---+++ quasar.py build 
Build the project

---+++ quasar.py generate device _name of the device_
Generate the files from a device defined in design.xml (if there is device logic)

---+++ quasar.py generate diagram 3
Generate the designe diagram based on the design.xml file
