This is how you can quickly setup a run-time environment in some directory (thanks to Davide for the instructions)
1) login and source setup.sh in your main directory as you would do normally. This sets (also) your CMTPATH to point to a given working area. In my case was public/901 (no run)
2) go to the working directory (public/901)
3) mkdir run
4) source /afs/cern.ch/atlas/software/dist/9.0.1/Control/AthenaRunTime/*/cmt/setup.sh
5) get_files PDGTABLE.MeV, get_files myconfig.py
6) enjoy!
