Cosmic trigger work

Trt standalone tracking algorithms for cosmics: Some preliminar results presented in ID Trigger Meeting Tuesday 24th: TrtxK and TrigSegFinder studies on cosmics

CosmicTrtHypo Recently added a new hypothesis algorithm to TrigL2CosmicMuonHypo package. It cuts on the number of StrawHits of segments found by SegFinder. This algorithm includes monitoring histograms of number of tracks in the event, number of Straw and TR hits on tracks, and histograms for the track parameters.
