ORACLE STREAMS TESTS with ATLAS GEOMETRY

ACCOUNTS

  • The script attlasdd_accounts.sql creates a copy of the accounts structure for the Atlas Geometry application.

STREAMS CONFIGURATION

  • Streams setup at schema level for Oracle Atlas Geometry accounts on CERN databases.

HOW TO JOIN

  • Create Oracle Atlas Geometry accounts (please use the script provided in the section above)
  • Export and import the data on ATLASDD schema from the source database to the target site:
  • Add the necessary rules to the current Streams configuration to propagate and apply the changes made to the Atlas Geometry schemas created. Please use the following script:
    • addNewSchema_ATLASDD_joinSite.sql
    • The script will run the necessary actions on both sites, source and destination.
    • The script will ask you to enter the destination global name (site who join) and the propagation process name at the source database (select from the list displayed). For example: RAL
         Enter site name (global name): TEST3D.GRIDPP.RL.AC.UK
