PanDA Pilot

• Working on pilot to combine(tar) events in a tar file.
• analysis rucio tracer information to build a service for panda es scheduling
• for every es upload/download, pilot will send a trace message to rucio. Fix some issues from rucio tracer messages
• Fix pilot new site mover on handling tar/zip files.

Other Activities

• Analysis EventService performance
• Schedule EventSerice jobs to different sites
• Participated (partially) in Site Jamboree, Jan 18
