SBE/SETI installer documentation

What is sbe/seti installer ?

SBE (SPI Build External) and SETI are two connected scripts designed to build the SPI softwares, both external (SBE) and application area softwares (seti).

The SBE code can be driven by Seti so that seti should be the main entry point unless only rebuilding externals.

Both tools are packaged together to form the sbe/seti installer.
