Actions:

A new round of releases with some bugs fixed in SEAL (1.7.1) is in preparation with an expected release date of today or tomorrow. Based on this, POOL 2.1.2, PI 1.3.5 and COOL 1.2.2 will be build. The configuration tags for scram are LCG_36_1a (and _2a, _3a for the higher layers) for LCGCMT the version LCGCMT_36_1 has been installed in AFS (and tagged LCG_36_1 in cvs).

A new version of GENSER (1.1.0) has been released last week. The tool for the "individual" downloads is not yet available.

Issues:

After getting Sauls agreement to incorporate the changes for the windows porting back into the main pacman stream, SPI now is evaluating the amount of work to be done for this. The evaluation will be finished early next week. If resources permit the porting will start, the priorisation of this be discussed in the AF today.

Alberto got some initial feedback from IRST concerning RuleChecker, further action (organizing a meeting) is pending.

Next meeting: August 25, 11:00.

new and outstanding:

  • check status of DAWN/DAVID installation in external

  • create tarballs for CLHEP and GENSER for the individual granular libraries/subpackages.

  • provide "flexible" download/install for GENSER 1.1.0
