General

• Finance committee agreement to negotiate with Polland and Germany without tender. The technical collaboration papers are in progress.
• Set priorities with the design office: DTL; support for the first CCDTL module (the module is expected in January); movable tuners (possible agreement with INFN)

DTL

• Drift Tubes: pieces from 3 companies have been measured at CERN and not all are inside the specs.

PIMS

• High power test-stand in progress: tests will start in 4weeks
• Waveguide-T ready in two weeks: already machined, to be copper plated
• Water cooling system tested at 16 bars
• HFSS study of a short circuit integrated with the waveguide: a movable tuner will be used to change the coupling strength.
