• Approved medium term plan, which includes:
  • Upgrade of SM18 test stand for the SPL
  • founding for 10 beta=1 SPL SC cavities

CCDTL

• There is a pre-kick-off meeting next week, followed by a kick-off meeting with the Russian collaborators in the week starting with July 13th

DTL

• Equivalent circuit model was tested with Tilt Sensitivity measurements on the Cold Model: stabilizing post length calculated by circuit is good.
• A better choice of reference phase improves bead pull measurements by 2%.
• Bead Pulling mechanical system has been modified, in order to avoid wire overlap on the driver pulley.

HOM

• A lot of feedback during the SPL HOM workshop :
  • Input parameters are redefinded
  • Steel bellows could probably be used as HOM damper
