• Status report of all involved labs at the SPL collaboration meeting together with ESS in Lund. Indico

Debuncher Cavity

• Simulation finished for 3 different phase ramps at 20/40 mA and 20/40 μs including different effects
  • 50kV amplifier only sufficient for 40 μs
  • Beam dynamics in Booster still ok with 40 μs, better for 20 μs

CCDTL

• Welders could not fulfill weld norms to 100%
• Meeting next week at VNIITF (Snezhinsk)

DTL

• Grid don't fulfill vacuum requirements:
  • Geometry changed: 2 bare solution most likely at the present stage - further investigations are ongoing.
• condition with new magnet:
  • RF sensors have to be checked / recalibrated

PIMS

• Simulations: only 4 modules left
• RF design finished for debuncher cavity
• Waveguide and short circuit are under construction (needed for HP test)

HOM

• Study of two linacs for ESS FAB meeting (Indico)
