 *CCDTL* (F. Gerigk)
   * truck to Russia being loaded today,

 *DTL* (S. Ramberger)
   * The girder T1S1 is in the final machining stage for the DT holes. Metrology results for the pre-machined girder T1S1 are expected for 23.11.
   * 7 drift tubes have been completed with weld 4.
   * The tank segment T1S1 is cleaned and ready for copper plating. The surface treatment workshop decided to change the copper plating bath.

 *PIMS* (R. Wegner)
   * The last set of copper discs for the PIMS series has arrived at CERN and will be shipped to Poland in January.
   * The 2 test rings have been completely welded in Julich and will be transported to Poland by an external company.
   * The rough machining and thermal 1st treatment of the 1st waveguide ring were successful, the ellipticity is with roughly 0.2 mm (max-min) well within the allowed tolerance of 0.4 mm (see attachment [[%ATTACHURL%/Ring_Wave_Guide_-_SPLACPMZ0016p8.pdf][Ring_Wave_Guide_-_SPLACPMZ0016p8.pdf]])
