• The Indian modulator is repaired but needs to be tested when the water is back (beginning of February),
• it should give 800 us pulse length, but in case of problem it can be replaced end of March by a Linac4 type modulator (not before because the electronics still need debugging),
• this afternoon, meeting with Hafeez Hoorani on participation of Pakistani scientists in the Linac4 cavity conditioning.

3 MeV (F. Gerigk)

• 3rd buncher cavity will not be needed for test stand operation, -> reduces re-commissioning time of chopper line from 4 to 2 weeks

CCDTL (F. Gerigk)

• visit for assembly of module 4,5 announced to start on 25th February, duration 6 weeks,
• modules have left Novosibirsk on 17.1, supports should leave on 11.2 and arrive until 23.2,
• The leak on module coupling cell tuner port is repaired.
• still waiting for Helicoflex gaskets from ISTC via Germany

India (F. Gerigk)

• RRCAT has finished the Cu plating of the waveguide coupler prototype, and will now send the coupler

DTL (S. Ramberger)

• The deviations on the tank manufacturing have been clarified. Due to limited (but still high) precision of their milling machines, it is confirmed that CADINOX is not capable to fully guarantee the tight tolerances on the vertical location of the top surface with respect to the central axis. The variation will thus need to be compensated on the inter-segment ring. Final manufacturing on the other segments can resume where interrupted.
• The inspection of the independent weld inspector concerning the repair on T1S2 and T3S3 has taken place on Monday. The report has not been issued yet. Depending on the result, the segments might need to be repaired again or T1S2 can be delivered to CERN.

PIMS (R. Wegner)

• the brazing of fixed tuners started
• rings of module M and N have been welded in Julich
• a good offer for the support spacer and shims has been received. Production will be launched next week.
