  • hydrocarbon contamination found in inside surface; silicone found on outside surface
  • at least outgassing of electroforming copper surface to be done
• Corrosion test on the anodising magnet matrix: results in almost 3 weeks
• Prototype high power test
  • klystron ELIA under conditioning
  • vacuum leak after the installation of the magnet in the LE end-cone: planned leak test on Monday; likely end-cone to be re-machined

PIMS

• Welding on the prototype almost finished
• Reduction of the tickness of the waveguide (under vacuum) and waveguide coupler under study
• Simulations on modules ongoing
• Agreements for the production with Juelich and Poland ongoing
• Prototype high power test
  • likely the test will be done in the 3MeV test stand area: shielding for x-rays under consideration
