• Serge needs to use some of the spare copper to repair the last module, then there is not enough left to build a complete section. However , A. Pisent still has some spare from the TRASCO RFQ, which could be made available,

CCDTL (F. Gerigk)

• 4 DTs of tank 3 are cut, the rest this week, then module 2 will be put back on the support
• *material for support: * last seven pieces will be cut next Monday, JM has prepared delivery list, which is forwarded to Alexey,
• pumping group is in Novosibirsk,
• phone discussion on support geometry: decided to optimize the slots length (basically the length by which cavity 1 and 3 can be moved with respect to cavity 2
• technical specs support are approved,
• Transfer of funds: Sarov have finished their report, it needs to be decided how much money they get for it.

India collaboration (F. Gerigk)

• India asking to make altogether 4 addenda for couplers, jacks and respective prototyping,
• they are ready to send a coupler prototype, which was built with Indian funds,
• addendum for coupler and ion pumps was checked and sent back to us,
• O. Brunner ready to buy the waveguide tape, which was made in India and will give a commercial cost estimate in the coming days,
• received price estimate on ion sputter pumps from vacuum group,
• sending of coupler material is prepared, waiting for green light from customs (Karl), this way we can insist on having 6 months construction time.

Coupler (F. Gerigk)

• technical specifications are approved,
• drawings were revised: no more threaded flanges and modification on the piston tuner tube, drawings were sent to Purushottam

Jacks (F. Gerigk)

• 4 sets of jacks and nuts have been ordered in industry to be sent to India for prototyping,

Movable tuners (F. Gerigk)

• preparing price enquiry for guiding systems,
• Yves found one British company with exactly the same product but in mild steel instead of stainless, asking for a price for SS
• 2/3 of the material for flanges onto which the bellows are welded has arrived at CERN, remainder within 6 weeks

DTL (S. Ramberger)

• Tank T1S1 has been completed at CADINOX and is being sent to CERN today.
• 9 drift tubes have been assembled at the workshops up to weld 3. Metrology results are good.

SM18 – Linac4 test stand (R. Wegner)

• The modulator has been installed, the klystron gun will be upgraded next week

PIMS (R. Wegner)

• NCBJ: The waveguide ring is being measured in the metrology lab after the 1st heat treatment and is being machined (2nd rough machining)
• NCBJ: Brazing of 3 GHz structure for NCBJ in the new furnace
