The package AtlasHbb is used to read ATLAS D3PD files and produce corrected D3PD files and then FlatTuple files. It includes the scripts to run for all processes and samples, including all systematic variations, locally or on the grid.

The package GlaNtp is used to read FlatTuple files in order to do physics analysis, for example to plot stacked histograms of signal and background proceses. Some features of the GlaNtp are also needed by AtlasHbb and for this reason aat the moment GlaNtp is also checked out when you check out AtlasHbb. However, conceptually GlaNtp is indepedent of AtlasHbb. For this reason, in the analysis side we will check out GlaNtp again. In the future we want for AtlasHbb to call the code from there, and not checkout GlaNtp on its own.

As ATLAS uses SVN and I am used with CVS from CDF, I write here a small SVN tutorial with basic commands.

Since in July 2012 we moved from the old home areas to the /afs home areas and we need to kinit to the get a new kerberos every day, here are some tricks to update the kerberos automatically.
