Status

On Wednesday 3 Dec 2014 we have all hardware in Helwan laboratory except what we miss (see above title). we connect the DAQ system (hardware and software) but the bridge can't be read. we think this a connection problem because it happened before at CERN and solved by sliding the module strongly in the VME carte, we hope this is not transportation problem because up to now we can't manage to read the bridge.

For SY 2527 Universal Multichannel Power Supply System we install HV and LV modules. the system has 6 slots to insert modules, all slots work fine with LV module and the system can read it. All slot has a problem with HV module and the system can't read it. we changed the HV module two times from the pool so we believe that the problem is n't in the module itself. so we propose to connect the power supply system to internet and send people at CERN the ip address so that they can access it and try to find any problem in the software.
