EmbeddingToolsV15B < Sandbox

The following are some comments and any problems with !EmbeddingTools-00-02-13, running in 15.6.9.8. Comments are sorted by the step in the analysis chain. My comments on an older version are given in EmbeddingToolsV15.

---++ HepEvt

   * A summary of the preselection in =make_evts.py= is at EmbeddingPreselection.
   * The output stream should be changed from =SkimmedESDStream= to something beginning with =StreamESD= (eg I suggest =StreamESDSkimmed=). This is so that autoconfiguration will work correctly on it, eg to merge the skimmed files using Merging_trf.py.
   * There's a bug in make_evts.py, where the output level is set. It should read =self.mlog.setLevel(EmbeddingFlags.HepEvtOutputLevel())=. Basically, the python and athena logging managers use different scales for the logging levels.

---++ Tauola

   * One missing library on local machine, otherwise no problem (remember that Generators/GenAnalysisTools/ReadEventFromFile-00-00-12 is needed).

---++ Simulation

   * Seems fine.

---++ Digitisation

   * 

---++ !MiniReco

   * 

---++ Embedding

   * 

---++ !PreFilter

   * 

---++ !ReReconstruction

   * Custom job options are still used, I have a recipe for introducing =Reco_trf.py=, see EmbeddingToolsV15.
