The following are some comments and any problems with EmbeddingTools-00-02-13, running in 15.6.9.8. Comments are sorted by the step in the analysis chain. My comments on an older version are given in EmbeddingToolsV15.

HepEvt

• A summary of the preselection in make_evts.py is at EmbeddingPreselection.
• The output stream should be changed from SkimmedESDStream to something beginning with StreamESD (eg I suggest StreamESDSkimmed). This is so that autoconfiguration will work correctly on it, eg to merge the skimmed files using Merging_trf.py.

Tauola

• One missing library on local machine, otherwise no problem (remember that Generators/GenAnalysisTools/ReadEventFromFile-00-00-12 is needed).

Simulation

• Seems fine.

ReReconstruction

• Custom job options are still used, I have a recipe for introducing Reco_trf.py, see EmbeddingToolsV15.
