This reads in Public/macros/test.root (a few thousand signal events), uses the weights for the BDT at mH = 125 from Public/data/weights, and writes a tree with the discriminant values to test-bdt.root. Then check that this is identical to Public/macros/test-bdt-reference.root.

In Public/macros/Angles.{cc,h} and Public/macros/KinematicsStruct.{cc,h} you'll see exactly how we fill the variables in test.root, to double check that the definitions in your ntuples are the same. Note that the angles are not identical to those used for MELA.

The root version I used to make these is: 5.32/00 and TMVA version (also listed in the weight files) is 4.1.2
