Fill the table

The egamma contact of each analysis should fill the table below. Depending on the deviation in the electron or photon selection choice, the checks could require a talk at an EGM POG meeting.

  • MOC status. To be filled by MOC. Status can be Question for analyses not yet reviewed, Small search button when the review is in progress, Work in progress, under construction when we are waiting for additional feedback, and DONE when the analysis is approved.
  • CADI line. HIG-YY-NNN.
  • Dataset. Indicate which dataset you are using.
  • EGamma ID and ISO selection. Fill with all the details about your muon selection (together with the momentum and pseudorapidity acceptance). Whenever possible, try to refer to the common working points defined in SWGuideMuonIdRun2.
  • EGamma triggers. List the muon triggers that you use for the analysis (including those for control sample definition).
  • Supporting material. Include all the material needed to support your selection (it could be internal or external to the analysis). The aim of this column is to support the choice of the selection, and the methods used to compute the performances (scale factors, uncertainties). If the selection deviates from what is listed in SWGuideMuonIdRun2, the choice needs to be justified posting the material that shows the impact of the selection on the analysis (w.r.t. the nearest Muon POG working point), the performance plots obtained with standard tools (official T&P, MC Validation Suite and offline DQM) and the studies done on trigger which are muon based.
  • Contact people. Contact people for Higgs analyses using electrons and photons.

The muon contacts of each analysis should make a copy of this form and fill it, following these steps:

  1. Click on the form.
  2. Scroll down and click on More topic actions.
  3. Click on Copy this topic....
  4. If, for example, your analysis is HIG-18-001, replace HIGYYNNNmuons by HIG18001muons.
  5. Check the Allow non WikiWord box.
  6. Click on Copy.
