approved Introduction 900 GeV 3b/12b

The new Glance interface Phase 0 (link) for analysis paper tracking has been designed with the physics analysis and publication workflow in mind. The currently existing documentation is tailored towards this, neglecting somewhat the fact that this new interface is intended to be used by all of ATLAS to track PUB notes, CONF notes and Papers. The documentation below is tuned to the needs of the Trigger and Sub-detector groups.

Non stable beam requests no stable beam post TS1 post TS2

Purpose: Test the vdM scan and emittance scan procedures (e.g. scanning protocols, ATLAS-LHC interactions) with a single x-y scan to ensure everything is working. Also provides first iteration for initial luminosity calibration of LUCID (see item 2 below).
