如何在LHCb添加自己的HLT2或者Turbo lines:

1) 把HLT2 或者 Turbo lines写好

  • 参见https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/LHCb/LHCbTrigger
  • 在Hlt/Hlt2Lines/python/Hlt2Lines/ 与 Hlt/HltSettings/python/HltSettings/ 中把相应的脚本写好。具体可参考 上面两个目录下的RareWZ
2)在trigger group做第一次汇报:

  • 介绍物理意义,需要添加的lines等
3) 研究效率与purity,将trigger lines做最终修改,并做第二次汇报:

  • 效率可以用产生的DST MC 事例,从基本粒子重建出发,来研究trigger lines的效率。纯度研究对稀有衰变寻找不是必须的。
4)Trigger group同意建立JIRA,git task,并merge
  • JIRA 参考:https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/LBHLT-382
  • git commit:
    • git diff
    • git status
    • git add Hlt/Hlt2Lines/python/Hlt2Lines/RareWZ/ Hlt/HltSettings/python/HltSettings/RareWZ/ Hlt/HltSettings/python/HltSettings/Physics_pp_2017.py
    • git commit -a -m "WZrare decay Turbo lines, create new Turbo lines for W/Z boson rare decay searches"
    • git lb-push Hlt Hang/WZRare : 自己的branch
  • Merge:
    • 参考:https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Hlt/merge_requests/470
    • 等待trigger group 批准
