1) First go to LADIES page to find the run which we want to check:

Some rules: In principle we should check this run ( which contains green tick in the red circle and red cross in the green circle)

2) Then go to Web display extractor

then see if there is any problems, please choose the option "Include ATLAS not ready LBs" :

If no : (Click Get Report button )

and go to Defect entry to upload the defects, we need to set LAR_FIRSTDEFECTS_UNCHECKED to absent

in the upload part, fill the password(lardq)

if there are some errors:

first do the same thing as above to make LAR_FIRSTDEFECTS_UNCHECKED to absent ( one thing to note: in comments part you should put the defect reports line here for both LAR_FIRSTDEFECTS_UNCHECKED and LAR_DATACORRUPT)

then select the LAR_DATACORRUPT to upload

3) after this, please got to Web display extractor again, but this time we will check the noisy part

if you find this, you need wait for this having fixed.

if no "WARNING", then click the Get report, you will see something below, then send the mail DB Experts

after sending the email to the DB experts, you need wait for their reply. After getting reply then go to the Defect entry fill the comments( lines in the above report)and so-on

after all those, you need go to logbook and add a new comment.

After doing all those you will see those, all item become green.

PLEASE NOTE: you should finish all procures before the time in the RED circle. If the CosmicCalo or Express in Express process dose not finish before the end of calib.loop, you should ask a delay for bulk process. You can send the request mail to LaDies or Data Experts.

4) Bulk Process Check

After the whole procures above, it will enter bulk processing. After process finishing, you should check the results after this process.

include the option on the red circle, and check the results and report your discovery.
