cd ../

rm -rf SPheno-4.0.4 && tar -zxvf SPheno-4.0.4.tar.gz
cd SPheno-4.0.4
sed -i "/^F90/c\F90=gfortran" Makefile
make --version && make
cd ../

# compile superiso                                                                                                                                   
rm -rf superiso_v4.0 && tar -zxvf superiso_v4.0.tgz
cd superiso_v4.0
cp ../slha_chi2_reduced.c .
make slha
make slha_chi2
make slha_chi2_reduced
cd ../..

Then to run, do:

mkdir $outdir
python -m new -o $outdir -n $npoints

Test output files are available at /eos/uscms/store/user/jennetd/snowmass/output
