sTGC Pulser System Test Data

Introduction

The purpose of this page is to serve as a central home for all of the meta data and log information collected during the tests of the sTGC Pulser System.

Below you will find all of the possible sTGC types, organized by size and separated into their Pivot and Confirm planes. When you have located the desired plane, you will find a current list of the Quads that have been tested for that sTGC type. When you select a Quad, you will be able to navigate to all of its associated testing data (organized by layer).

In the category called ''Research and Simulation" you will find non-standard tests that were conducted to highlight a certain issue/ solution, or to test a certain experimental hypothesis involving the Pulser System. These are organized simply by sTGC type and Pivot/ Confirm plane. When you navigate to the desired type and plane, you will find all of the associated simulations and tests with a note describing what they are highlighting and why it is relevant.

Note: In general, the testing information is that uploaded is the final version. This means that it represents the most up to date information for the desired Quad (ideally indicating that all of the channels have passed). Intermediate testing data (if any) need not be uploaded unless they highlight an important issue. In these cases they should be included in the "Research and Simulation" section, with a note indicating why they are important.
