跑legacy的脚本是这个 https://gitlab.com/Higgs-125/ResBos-Legacy/-/blob/master/dilution/w_piece/run_y.sh

如果是跑scale variation的话,运行方式是. run.sh 1 可以修改脚本中Process==1时的InitialProcess和NProcess,对应的选项设置在另外一个脚本里: https://gitlab.com/Higgs-125/ResBos-Legacy/-/blob/master/script/ScaleConfig.sh

你可以看到这里设置了很多不同的C1,C2,C3,muR,muF的组合,你们可以自行添加其他的。在脚本里会自动加900,所以你们设置选项数字的时候也要在900以上开始设置。

PDF的设置在这个脚本: https://gitlab.com/Higgs-125/ResBos-Legacy/-/blob/master/script/PDFInformation.sh 你们可以添加你们想要的PDF(对应于LHAPDF的文件夹名字)

这些脚本的位置是你们自己决定的,对应的,你们需要修改run.sh中调用其他脚本的路径。

除了需要跑w-piece,还需要跑y-piece,y-piece在这里: https://gitlab.com/Higgs-125/ResBos-Legacy/-/blob/master/dilution/y_piece/run_y.sh

跑完之后要运行另一个脚本: https://gitlab.com/Higgs-125/ResBos-Legacy/-/blob/master/dilution/w_piece/combine.sh 运行方式也是. combine.sh 1

相应的各种参数也需要你们自行修改。

1.Login ustc server

2.build package

cd ~/ResBos-Legacy/dilution/y_piece/

cp -r ~/ResBos/dilution/y_piece/inp .

(it seems don't need to make. just copy some files can run)

(main文件是用来做resummation的,是底层算法,不需要修改直接从付尧的目录下拷贝,如果想修改、编译,要去到legacy_final_version下面)

(inp文件夹直接从徐梦琳建的包下面拷贝过来)

you need to change some parameters in run_y.sh and combine.sh:

SeparateQuark =0

PDFNumber=7
NBosons=4

for((Boson=3;Boson<=$NBosons;Boson++));

3.Set enviorment

export ATLAS_LOCAL_ROOT_BASE=/cvmfs/atlas.cern.ch/repo/ATLASLocalRootBase
alias setupATLAS='source ${ATLAS_LOCAL_ROOT_BASE}/user/atlasLocalSetup.sh'
setupATLAS

source /ustcfs2/yfu/setup.sh

4.run

cd ~/ResBos-Legacy/dilution/w_piece/

. run_y.sh 1

. combine.sh 1

cd ~/ResBos-Legacy/dilution/y_piece/

. run_y.sh 1

. combine.sh 1

(It is optional to run combine.sh or not, it just use cat to combine the 15 legacy.out to 1 legacy.out )

输出文件会产生15个Scale,都在路径 /home/qdhan/ResBos-Legacy/dilution/w_piece/CT18NNLO_MT_pds/i2Tn3.00_wm_BLNY 下面

只需要用到Scale908的结果,其他14个Scale只是研究误差的。

how to use grid file to get tuple

git clone https://gitlab.cern.ch/hyin/singlewz_generators/

cd Resbos

To run, copy the input file to the main directory and rename it as "resbos.in".
All input files can be found in the input/ directory.

you need to chage the grids file path in "resbos.in" to your own grid files

make

./resbos_root

cd tupleMaker

./tupleMaker ../resbos.hep WMinus.root(WPlus.root)
