The successful recovery of Router clock needs the data from the first connect (CH1 to be more specific) from FEB and the reference clock from RIM-L1DDC (160MHz).

Router is expecting to see the header, either data packet or null packet, to lock/sync the link and recover the clock.

If there is no master recovery clock, rxClkReady (receiver side for sFEB) will be False. txClkReady (transmitter side for TP) will be False too but caused by no expected activities in the receiver side.
