SCT Calibration Procedure

The SCT calibration should be performed in the steps listed below.

Status of what is uploaded to the calibration database canbe checked here: http://pc-sct-www01.cern.ch/tests/calibstatus/calibstatus.php .

1. For each crate:
   1. 2DBoc, RXThreshold, Pipeline, Fullbypass => save configuration
   2. MSR => save configuration
   3. Any module where the tests can not be finished should be put into the module history.
2. Try a Strobedelay followed by 3Pt Gain. If one crashes, exclude modules and perform a calibration such that it completes up to the end => excluded modules in module history.
3. Trimming where necessary => failed modules in module history
4. Strobedelay followed by responce curve with the modules that are good (as verified by 3 Pt Gain). If modules have to be taken out for the test, document it in the module history. -> save configuration
5. When all other tests are done, do noise occupancy scan and a synchdoubletrigger noise.
