Introduction

This Twiki page keeps track of the work performed on the template method towards 2012 conferences and a paper.

Acceptance challenge

For MC 1 file, use the one that linked from the main twiki. For data, use the full 2011 data set up to period H4.

For testing data, use one (whole) run: data11_7TeV.00184072.physics_Muons.merge.NTUP_TOP. data11_7TeV.00184072.physics_Egamma.merge.NTUP_TOP.

C0 Preselection see below
C1 Re-weighting GRL + larError!=2 in data, MC and PileUp weights in MC simulations
C2 Single-lepton (muon OR electron) trigger  
C3 At least one reconstructed vertex with 3 associated tracks. D3PD: vxp_nTracks[i]>2 for some i.
C4 >=1 good lepton Et(e) > 25 GeV, pt(mu) > 25 GeV isolation and the works ..
C5 50 < MTW < 120 use MET_RefFinal
C6 Jet pT > 200 GeV 1.2 anti-jet with threshold 0 GeV
C7 120 GeV < Jet mass < 150 GeV  
C8    
C9    

Pre-selection

At least one akt 1.4 with pt > 150 GeV and |eta| < 3.2, build out of local calibrated topoclusters having positive energy. And either one of the following:
  • at least one lepton pt > 25 GeV
  • MET > 40 GeV
  • two leptons (loose criteria)
