The package GlaNtp is used to read FlatTuple files in order to do physics analysis, for example to plot stacked histograms of signal and background proceses. Some features of the GlaNtp are also needed by AtlasHbb and for this reason aat the moment GlaNtp is also checked out when you check out AtlasHbb. However, conceptually GlaNtp is indepedent of AtlasHbb. For this reason, in the analysis side we will check out GlaNtp again. In the future we want for AtlasHbb to call the code from there, and not checkout GlaNtp on its own.
The official documentation as of Now is this Twiki page maintained by Alister. This page about
Alistar's NN analysis for ttH
focuses on the instructions to train the NN. The first step seems to be getting the package
GlaNtp
. Adrian's documentation is here:
The package HiggsAnalysis is written by Adrian and used to perform the WH->lvbb and ZH->llbb analyses with the help of the GlaNtp package:
Now let's run the VH analyses using GlaNtp and HiggsAnalyses packages.
Let's do NN training studies for jet energy resolution (JER)
