athena myRecExCommission_LArPhase1_jobOptions.py (I removed Remi's calib tools)

Switched to release 11.0.0 and checked out the heads of RecExComission and Sandbox.LArCalorimeter/LArMonTools

Much faster start up (doesn't read full ATLAS geometry)
