Lost files recovery

We recieved list of files damaged by malfunctioning HW on sara.matrix.nl. It was necessary to figure out, which files have corrupted md5 checksum (md5check.py). Still using LFC calatogue on mu11.sara.matrix.nl

There was a huge number of files missing in the LFC so we figured out, that the UID of the files in the dump and in the catalogue differs. It turned out that we have only 47 files missing - the rest is on sara.nl. Now I will check the remaining md5 for the files.
