RC shifts

MRS initial partition

• warning oks2coral-initial : If it is ATLAS partition, to be worried. If it is test or calibration partition can be ignored
• warning pmg::Launcher_Time .[...] not started within the 5 seconds timeout

It means that after trying for 5 seconds puts the warning, but it will keep trying. Possibility: check (RC or daq/hlt) from pmg if the corresponding application is running (from details you can see if starting time is after the warning message).
