Optimised cuts to isolate D->KKPi decays (without the trigger) are as follows:

  • The default window is 20 MeV between 1660 and 1680 MeV; the optimal one is the 15MeV between 1662 and 1677 MeV, which is perhaps less prone to misinterpretation as the bins used in this optimisation are 3 MeV wide, so the optimal window only includes complete bins.
